    I have updated theme (zakra) functions.php file. now it’s showing this error.
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘jQuery’ (T_STRING), expecting ‘)’ in /homepages/27/d872696826/htdocs/app872696927/wp-content/themes/zakra/functions.php on line 353
    can you please check.
    I am not able to login also i don’t have access to Cpanel and FTP because it’s my client website.

  • The problem is coming from the active theme Zakra theme.

    You can post in the theme’s own support forum for help to address the specific error from the theme’s author and user community: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/theme/zakra/

    But I’m afraid, whatever the recommended solution, you’ll need access to the hosting account to fix this, and there’s no way around that.

    You’ll need to request access from your client if you’re the one managing the site, or the client is going to have to take care of it themselves if they cannot grant you access to the hosting account.
