syntax for shortcode

Can someone please tell me what would be the syntax for displaying one field on a widget.

I was able to display all the fields in a template by using [cft template=1]. This displays all the fields without the labels for the fields. Is there a way to display fields as well as their labels in a widget using a shortcode?
