    This error occurs when the content returned by the ajax request contains unparseable elements.

    You can try another backup and see if the error persists.

    If it persists, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot it:

    • Open your browser’s Developer Tools (usually press F12).
    • Go to the Network tab.
    • Start a backup task to trigger the ajax request.
    • Find the request with error status and send us content of the error.
