Hello

I have received multiple complaints from user who get blocked when they want to subscribe for downloading an e-book, login to their user account or even just do a product search on our Woocommerce site. Mainly users from France and a few from Germany, Spain, … From the logs, I can see this is done by CleanTalk.

How can we fix these?

Happens on this page: https://shorturl.at/cduGW but also on other pages.

Version 6.25.1 + latest Woocommerce
Forms using Gravity Forms or custom made within our theme.

I noticed that under “Tools” in my dashboard that France and many other countries were blacklisted under the “Anti-Spam” tab. Not sure why this was implemented, but I assume it was because of this?

Hello.

You are right. You had such countries as France and Germany added to your Anti-Spam Personal list as blacklisted. Please, delete all countries that you do not want to block from this list: https://cleantalk.org/my/show_private?service_type=antispam.
