    We would like to add the text of any ticket replies to the emails being sent – not seeing the coding to use? Can’t find that field name.

    Hi,

    If you want edit email template.

    Admin > Help Desk > Email Templates > Reply

    I see that – my issues is that I can’t find the correct code to put in for it to include all replies. {MESSAGE} only pulls in the original ticket text, not the replies. What do I use?

    I’m really frustrated. Not only did your answer not address my question, but I’ve not received any replies since, and when I try to log in to the JS site – it’s showing me as blocked. Not impressed!

    Hi,

    System will send only latest reply.
    If you want to send all replies in email, it need customization of the code.
