Hi there,
the System Status page does not seem to be showing current versions under Active Plugins like it used to. Previously it would appear in red, similar to and often alongside the “Not tested with the active version of WooCommerce” notice. Is this no longer a feature, has it moved somewhere else, or is this an issue on our end?
Can you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing in your status report?
I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply. It works with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.
It’s also possible you have a plugin or theme running that’s somehow overriding what should be displayed in the system status report.
This is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by visiting the system status page.
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
Thank you,
Joey
We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
