T_STRING Syntax Error

    Hi, sometime after the latest Events Made Easy plugin update I have started getting this syntax error on my WordPress site:

    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /homepages/***/wp-content/plugins/events-made-easy/eme_payments.php on line 301

    It was working after the 1.6.26 upgrade, and no changes have been made to my WordPress install or any other plugins that I am aware of. Any assistance would be appreciated, at this point I disabled the plugin manually by renaming the folder via FTP and it will no longer activate due to the syntax error.
