    I am testing the free plugin. I created a tab to show on all products and added some content in the tab and saved it. Then cleared cache.

    When i browse to a product i can see the tab is there, but the content is not showing, instead it is showing the description tab’s content on the test tab. I have added a few test tabs but everyone is showing the content of the description tab.

    I am using Elementor Pro builder with Jnews theme.

    Can you please help

    Hi, @royalmicer.

    Thanks for using WooCommerce Product Tabs (Free)! I believe you also submitted a similar request regarding the same concern, via our dedicated Support Center (for our premium plugins), which I’ve already responded to. My apologies for the confusion, in missing that you had also created this topic.

    As mentioned in my other reply;

    We’re not aware of any issues such as what you’ve described, and I have done some testing to make sure custom tab content displays correctly on a test site. I haven’t managed to replicate the issue, so we need to work out what’s causing it on your site.

    I believe you’ve configured the plugin correctly, so I suggest checking whether the issue you’re experiencing might be due to a conflict with the theme or another plugin.

    To test for this, please could you back up your website and then temporarily switch to the free Storefront theme by Automattic, and deactivate non-essential plugins apart from WooCommerce and WooCommerce Product Tabs, and see if it resolves the issue. Then reactivate everything one by one to find out what causes it.

    If your website is live, then I recommend that you set up a staging website for this. Hosting companies often provide free staging websites, or you can use a plugin like InstaWP Connect to create a staging environment. Staging sites created using InstaWP don’t contribute to your license activation limit, so you don’t need to worry about deactivating your license key on your main website.

    I hope this makes sense and helps deduce what’s causing the issue. Please let me know what happens.

    Should the issue persist despite the above, please could you reply to my other/previous message/email (not in here in this forum topic) with temporary admin login details for your staging site (login page URL, admin username and password), the address/URL of a product where the issue occurs, and I’ll be happy to investigate further.

    Alternatively, you can send a secure login link by installing the free Temporary Login Without Password plugin.

    Many thanks!
