Tab names are confusing

I would rename the tabs to respect the functions that are contained within them.

The “Cache Purge” tab I would rename to “Settings” or “Purge Settings”. Move it as second tab to the left.
The “Tools” tab I would rename to “Purge” or “Cache Purge”

There is something non-intuitive with the menu tabs and I always end up clicking on the wrong tab for what I want to do, or I have to think before clicking a tab because the names are kind of reversed for the listed functions for those tabs.
