Tab shortcode repeats title in content area

    I have tabs setup using the [tab] shortcode. The tabs work fine, my problem is that the title of the tab repeats in the content area. Example the tab titled “Tab 1” has Tab 1 on the title part as it should but then in the text part it looks like

    “Tab 1
    this is the content text”

    instead of just
    “this is the content text”

    any thoughts on how to remove the titles from inserting themselves?
