So when you click the ‘add attendee’ button on this page, there’s a table pops up which is built with the multi-columns plugin. However, the table breaks into some individual columns sometimes, I mean, this issue doesn’t always happen, it happens randomly.

Thank you very much for contacting us regarding the issue that you are experiencing.

We have have not been able to reproduce the problem on site that you provided the link to, despite numerous clicks on the Add Attendee button. Are you able to send a .json export of the form (https://docs.gravityforms.com/exporting-a-form-from-gravity-forms/) to [email protected]?

Any further information that you can provide is appreciated in regards to reproducing the issue.
