    Dear support,

All of sudden none of the tables I set up show up on pages. I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plug in but nothing. Any clue on how to solve it?

    Thanks,

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Can you please try again after temporarily deactivating all other plugins and after switching to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Sixteen? That way, we can find what’s causing this.

    Regards,
    Tobias

It is not the theme because when I activate Twenty Sixteen no tables
I deactivated most of the plug ins but nothing………

    Hi,

the weird thing is that not even a Shortcode is visible (at least on the page that you linked to above).

If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site. Could you therefore please create a temporary admin account for me and send me the details via email (the address is in the main plugin file “tablepress.php”)? That way, I can investigate this directly. Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

I found the way. I use Page Builder. I added a new row, create a new text area and re-copied the shortcut. In this way, the tables are back. No clue why but it worked.
