Table doesn’t exist

    Hi. When I order a gift card, the order is completed but the card is not created. Woocommerce gives me this error in the order notes: An error occurred during the status change. Error while creating gift card: Table ‘dbtest.wp_pimwick_gift_card’ doesn’t exist

    I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.

    We had a problem with the previous version and have released an update which will fix this issue.

    To get the update:

    1. Log into your WordPress Admin area.

    2. Click on Plugins > Installed plugins.

    3. Scroll down to PW WooCommerce Gift Cards and click “Check for updates.”

    4. The page will refresh, then scroll back down and click on “Update.”

    Thank you for your reply.

    However the gift card is still not created, the error is different in the woocommerce notes:
    An error occurred during the status change. Error while creating gift card: Incorrect table name

    I’ve checked the database and 2 tables have been created:
    pimwick_gift_card
    pimwick_gift_card_activity

    Hi Jules, can you check for the latest version again? There was a lingering problem from the update yesterday that we just released about 20 minutes ago.

    Update to the latest version and then change the Order status to “In Progress” and then back to “Complete” to and it should create the gift card.

    Let me know if you continue to receive an error with version 2.9
