I’ve included a table shortcode within the classic editor of a new page, and when I load the page, the table isn’t visible until I’ve moved the mouse somewhere on the screen.

This happens whether or not I’ve set lazy to true or false.

The same also seems to happen on mobile, where for ages it looks like a blank page – but as soon as you’ve ‘interacted’ with the page, the table appears.

I’ve tried deactivating plugins I think could have been incompatible (caching / JetPack) but I’m out of ideas.

Can you recommend what I can do to get the table appearing without user input?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @kayeepea,

    Thanks for choosing Visualizer!

Please make sure you use the latest version of the plugin. Also, please clear the cache (browser and plugin, if you use any caching plugin) and check if it helps. In some cases, the charts may not be displayed instantly after the page loads, but that can be affected by many factors. You could check our guide that details a few causes which may cause lower performance of a site.

    I hope this helps!

    Have a nice day!
