Table ‘(name)_wrdp1.wp_posts’ doesn’t exist

    All my posts, comments, etc. have been lost. The error below displays in version 2.0.11. I did not upgrade or change the theme.Is there any way to get the posts back?

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘name_wrdp1.wp_comments’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_comments WHERE comment_approved = ‘0’
