Table not diplaying correctly

Hello can you help me figure out why my spread sheet is displaying as only one row on my web page http://beaverlakegolf.com/2015-scores/. I have a simple csv file created in Excel http://www.beaverlakegolf.com/2015.csv I can’t figure out why it does not display correctly it seems to be set up right?
