Table of Content active class adding wrongly

    Hi team,
    On clicking table of content heading, active class is adding to wrong heading.
    When I click the first heading, the third heading gets highlighted.

    Unfortunately all sorts of things in a theme can cause this to go wrong. I see nothing obvious that I can point to as a cause. The next version, which is presently being worked on, has new code around this which will hopefully be a little robust and more reliable when confronted with the many themes available for WP.
