I have the same problem, in a table with existing content the properties obscure the bottom row of the table and makes it hard to edit the contents.

Same problem here, it drives me nuts. I can’t write content inside the table, this thing covers everything. I tried with IE and Chrome, same problem. My wordpress version is 4.5.1

The inline toolbar overlays table content, it cannot be moved and I cannot edit the content.

Yeah, I see it too. It’s the TinyMCE inline toolbad positioning. Working on a fix.
