Resolution was to update Table Rate Shipping for anyone who also experiences this.
This happened to me as well, it does not appear that my extension has an update available – help?

Same happening here. The table rate looks incomplete, not allowing to enter different shipping rates other than the flat rate for germany.
Tried to deactivate and activated it again. I saw a notice telling about possible conflicting with a newly installed plugin SEO by Yoast, so I deactivated that one. Still have no improvements.
Running jigoshop 1.16.1 Table rate shipping 2.07 and wordpress 4.2.2.

@light – This is probably from using an older version of Table Rate Shipping. The latest version is 3.3.4. Please check your Jigoshop account for available downloads/updates. If there are none, contact us at [email protected] with your account info and we can make sure that they are supplied.
