Table shortcode giving Notice: Undefined variable: skip_char on page.

Having issues with the table shortcode .. giving the following message repeatedly on the page it is used on.

Hi @rhondastark92,

please update to v 5.3.0 and try to use the following shortcode:
```
[su_csv_table url="https://minnesotapinto.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/committees-new.csv" delimiter=";"]
```
