Table shows up as codes

    Hello, I am trying to insert a table into my article. I created the table manually. When previewing, the table appears the way I want it but when I put the code in my post, the codes come up instead; it is not in the table format. I copied and pasted the short code of the table into the article using the Elementor code widget. What can I do so this table shows up as a table in my post?

    Hi!

    Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

    Can you please try again with a “Shortcode” or normal “Paragraph” widget? I’m not entirely sure, but I believe that the “Code” widget in Elementor does not evaluate Shortcodes, but only prints them as text.

    By the way, in the upcoming TablePress 3.1 (coming in a week or so), there will be a dedicated “TablePress table” widget 🙂
