There is a line with the comment in it:
https://prnt.sc/wb2hxj (this way you can affect different charts).
As I mentioned this only works for DataTable:

By the way,
If you’re using Table of Google Charts – select this option to render HTML:
https://prnt.sc/wb2s4l
In such case, you can pass links directly via your data, so if your cell contains:
<a href="https://somedomain.com">Your Text</a>
_ It will automatically be converted to Your Text with a link.
