Tablepress CSS not rendeing when Autoptimize is enabled

Hi Frank,

I have a new problem with the plugin Autoptimize with plugin Tablepress.

CSS is not rendered in Tablepress for example https://www.collegetips.ph/best-schools/elementary-education/best-elementary-education-schools-in-the-philippines-for-2019/ when Autoptimize is enabled.

See screenshot when disabled (https://prnt.sc/r6ywa4) and enabled (https://prnt.sc/r6ywwx).

I have tried excluding wp-content/tablepress-combined.min.css as suggested by you at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-autoptimize-and-tablepress/ but still Tablepress CSS rendering is not working.
