The page is working fine but when in admin dashboard and I click Edit, Export, or Import there are only blank lines. I tried expanding them but no joy, just show blank lines. There is no Modules tab to clear cache. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and that didn’t work either. I tried in both Edge and Chrome, and same problem after clearing browser cache in each.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I fixed it somehow. Not sure how, just fiddled around with different settings and suddenly was able to open see screen options — that and help on the tablepress page had not worked prior. I changed the number of tables from 20 to 5 and it all started working.

    Hi!

Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

I’m not exactly sure why, but this sounds as if there was some sort of caching issue. Great to hear that everything is working now 🙂

    Best wishes,
    Tobias

I agree. Perhaps changing the number of tables updated cache? The Modules tab is missing in Tablepress so that option was gone, and clearing all other cache areas didn’t work. I deleted the plug-in and re-installed from both a downloaded zip and from the cloud, and I even tried on a different laptop. So, yeah, it had to be within the plug-in, itself.

    All good now, thanks!

    Hi,

Yes, sometimes might have triggered a full reload of the files from the server, to maybe refresh files that were cached by a proxy or similar.

As for the “Modules” tab: This is only available in the premium versions, whereas you seem to be using the free version.

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
