TablePress link color

Hello
Whenever I use the Insert Link to turn a text into a link, its default color becomes that of the General-> Main-> Color
and its highlighting is gray – regardless of the color, it has before it became a link.

how can I change those colors?

*I have the link in the footer which has its background as the General-> Main-> Color.
the link’s color change makes the text become invisible and not consistent with the rest of the table

Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

For this, please add this to the “Custom CSS” textarea on the “Plugin Options” screen of TablePress:
```
.tablepress td a {
  color: #ff0000;
}
```

however, unfortunately, your CSS did not do any difference (resolved message was marked by error).

I’m attaching some images of the problem i’m encountering so it may be clearer

I want to change the not hovering color from orange to white #ffffff

the CSS I already implemented is this (last line was the code you recommended)

edit:
a bit of impovising, i managed to make it work if i changed it to
```
.tablepress tfoot a {
	color: #ffffff;
}
```
but I did want it to turn gray upon hovering and now it is gone as well

both hovered and unhovered

Hi,

ah, this is in the table foot.

Then, maybe try this:
```
.tablepress tfoot th a {
	color: #ffffff;
}
.tablepress tfoot th a:hover {
	color: #333333;
}
```

Hi,

The th a part refers to all links (a elements) inside a header or footer cell (th). The th is probably not necessary here, but it doesn’t hurt either.

For those of you wanting different colours, keep the total 000000 to six but move the f along the six so for example blue is 0000f0

you could replace this value with any valid HEX string, e.g. from http://www.color-hex.com/
