tablepress modal feature

    Dear Tobias Bäthge. We purchased TablePress Premium Max plan couple of months ago. I’m facing trouble with the modal feature. I’m using Elementor “Tabs” feature and inserted the shortcode of my tablepress file in the Tabs but the modal feature isn’t working at all. Can you please help how can i resolve the issue?

    Hi!

    Thanks for your post and sorry for the trouble!

    I’m afraid that this most likely is caused by the tabs. When tables are shown in tabs, they are initially hidden (when the page is loaded). And hidden tables don’t have a column width, so that certain calculations can’t be performed.

    Now, as this concerns a TablePress premium feature (for which I’m not allowed to offer support here in the forums, due to the forums rules), I would need you to get in touch via the priority email support. The address is on the “About” screen of TablePress on your site. So, please send me an email with the details (like a link) and we can directly investigate this 🙂
