Tables Crashed

WordPress just auto updated and now I have database errors. I just went through the process of wordpress trying to repair the database and the below are the errors still remaining the the page said to post them here.

This is why I don’t want wordpress to update automattically, because stuff like this happens and, of course at the wrong time.

How do I fix these two error?

The wp_postmeta table is okay.

The wp_terms table is okay.

The wp_term_taxonomy table is okay.

The wp_term_relationships table is okay.

The wp_commentmeta table is okay.
