    Hi guys,
Installed your plugin and everything looked super until we tried to fill a form in. No matter whether we filled in all fields or one if you submitted the form would come back with “At least one field must be filled in”. I switched on debugging and all of a sudden the error changed to “An error occurred”.
When I then check the error log there are repeated errors stating that “Table frmt_form_views’ doesn’t exist”, “Table frmt_form_entry’ doesn’t exist”

I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. I’ve verified that the database user has full privileges on the database …. and it doesn’t seem to matter what I do I still get these errors.

Pretty sure until I get those tables in the database I won’t be able to submit a form …. bit of a deal breaker. Are there manual instructions on the removal of a partial install?

Any help would be appreciated. Pulling my hair out here!

  • Hi @jshster

I hope you are doing good today.

Could you make sure that plugin is installed on the site and navigate to:
Forminator -> Settings -> Data and in Uninstallation section mark “Reset”. Later on, uninstall the plugin. This should remove tables from the database. Please let us know does that helps.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris

    Hi Kris,
Sensational! That did the trick. I didn’t need to uninstall, just hit the Reset button and that created the necessary objects. Can confirm it’s all working now!
    Thanks heaps.
