Tablet logout issue

    Greetings. This is only my second post so please forgive me if this is not the correct forum.

    I am having an issue with my tablet (and mobile phone) which causes the browser to log out of my WordPress website after a short period of inactivity (sometimes minutes, sometimes hours).

    I am completely uncertain what the cause is, from my tests I suspect that it might be either related to power saving or processor optimization, as the device will become logged out if I open numerous other apps on the device. I suspect that the device is closing the browser and thus causing the login session to expire. It will also logout after a period of inactivity which is shorter than my WordPress session length, eg the next morning the device will have to login again, whereas on my computer it will stay logged in for 4 days even with zero activity on the website (as intended).

    As you can imagine, this is very intrusive on the user experience, as users may be in the middle of completing a form or some action and then be abruptly logged out before their data is submitted. If anyone has some insight into this I will be grateful if you could share your knowledge with me and help me understand the problem a little better.

    Hi, I’m Zeshan. This issue can be due to several factors, including the browser’s settings, the server configuration, or even a plugin causing conflicts.

    If you’re using any plugins on your website, especially those related to caching or security, try disabling them temporarily to see if the issue persists.
