Tabs dissapear

After updating text content of one of the tabs and updating it, the four tabs that were there have disappear. No Errors, no HTML, no signs of it at all.

I’ve tried creating a new tab from scratch and after adding some text and click update, it refresh the page, it says “updated” but shows nothing.

It behaves as if “Add new tabs” and “update” buttons were really “delete all and empty the bin” all in once.

I’ve using”Tabs Responsive” for a few months without issues. NO updates or any other modifications have been made before starting to edit the tab and experiencing the mentioned issue.

I have checked your given URL but i have not found any issue and tabs are working properly so please recheck your URL then if you have any query let me know.

It is happening.

After reading you I reloaded the page in different browser and besides the tabs were there it was cached content; after reloading with the inspector open (no cache) I can confirm the tabs are gone.

I’ve done more tests: I recreated the tabs, 4 of them, ok; I give a number to the titles, change icons, ok as well; but.

After adding the body text in one of the tabs and save changes, all the content is gone again ( the four tabs, titles, icons and body text).

I am kind of sure i can recreated the mentioned behaviour.

Just FYI:

I restored a 36 hours ago backup and all the content is right there.

If I make changes to any tabs text content using “Use WYSIWYG Editor”, no matter visual or HTML after saving/updating it dashboard tabs responsive sections goes empty as well as the related front page.

I could even give to you access to chek it out…

As I said it`s happening after trying to update the tabs text content; no other changes have been made. No animals were harmed during the changes.

Seriously it keeps happening.
I updated the plugin to current version 1.9.2 in last version of wp 5.1.1
same issue:

I’ve kind of identify a pattern: If there is a minor change done to the current tabs text (like add a single character or the like) everything is fine.

As soon as I do what i need to do, to update the whole body text of the tabs, and click update all the content is gone.

The source of the text is coming from a Word doc and I’ve tried different approaches before pasting the text (copy paste to to simple to plain text doc before; copy paste in Sublime text editor, even copy pasting in the chrome address bar.

There is something when pasting text breaking the plugin. Be aware.

Hello ,

May be It’s Conflicting with other plugin. Please try to deactivate all other plugin one by one and then let me know that which one is conflicting with it.
