Tabs from "Map Settings" not work

Hello,
if I click on the tabs “Layers”, “Controls” and “Addons”, nothing happens. Only “General Settings” works.
Mac os x 10.10.3 /Firefox 38.0.5 and Safari Version 8.0.6
