Hi. Thanks for coming back to me so quickly.
Actually it was the plugin “WP-DATA-Access”. I don’t see why this is interferring, as it doesn’t have anything to do with woocommerce.

Check if this plugin issues any error in the developer console, then it can interrupt the execution of scripts on the page and cause similar problems.
