Tabs Stopped Working

Hi,

When I am logged in, the tabs work fine, but when I am logged out, the tabs are not clickable.

This is a new issue; I have been using the tabs without any problems until recently.

Can you please help me figure out what causes this? I tried deactivating a few plugins, but to no avail.
