I have had to remove the Tabs widget from two pages on a website because the browser crashes when they are present. The error message shown was “a problem repeatedly occurred on <url>”. After some searching, it seems that error implies that there’s something on the page linking back to itself and creating an infinite loop, therefore the page can never successfully load (because it’s essentially waiting for itself).

Has this been reported as a bug? Is there a specific way that tabs need to be setup to avoid this? We have two other pages that are using tabs, and those ones are seemingly fine. Any help in figuring out why this happens would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks!

    Hi @webfolk,

    Thank you for contacting Elementor.

I understand you are having issues with the tabs widget. Is there specific content you are using on the site? Can you please share a screencast of the issue so we can better understand the problem?

In the meantime I recommend to deactivate all the plugins except Elementor one and change the theme temporarily to see if there is any improvement.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind Regards.
