Tabs with additional settings are not opening, plugin is not up to date

    I purchased your plugin Service Showcase Pro on Envato, but I can not customize the service settings. Tabs on the right side with additional settings are not opening. I also discovered that it collides with menu which is also not opening when your plugin is active. I am using HEAP theme. I turned all other plugins off and your plugin still makes problems.

    Could you inform me what should I do and where is the problem? The free demo version was working well, but PRO version is really bad. It seems that PRO version is not updated for a very long time. I wrote few emails to your supporť, but no answer. Still waiting for your reply and help.

    Hello. Yes, I contacted you also via Envato support, but nobody from wpshopmart answered me. I also sent you few emails and no news from you. I paid for plugin which doest not work.

    Actually I did it already, but no news. Support of this plugin is not helpful.
