Hi @particlemarketing,
I checked your site and I do see the tag and it is green, indicating there are no blocks . If you are seeing something different please send us a screenshot of what you see. You can use the site https://snag.gy for taking and posting screenshots.
I look forward to hearing back from you!
https://snag.gy/xIZqog.jpg – Here is a screen shot. I checked GA and it looks like it has been recording info so as long as that’s the case that’s what matters most haha. If you have any info as to why it’s not showing up in the tag manager that would be awesome! Thanks for your help!!!
Hi @particlemarketing,
Thank you for the screenshot – interesting! I checked in a different computera nd I am still seeing the ID showing as Green. You can try to uninstall and re-install the tag manager on Chrome and see if it works, and let us know!
I uninstalled the extension, restarted Chrome, restarted the computer and had no effect. I checked on my laptop and it is loading properly, so I have no idea what’s going on. I created a post on the Google forums as this is probably more in their respective wheelhouse. Thanks for your help!!!

Hi @particlemarketing
Thanks for the reply. Viewing your site I do see that there is a tracking code on the site:

Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Google Analytics to see if this resolves the issue. If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
There may have been an update from the theme or a plugin that caused this issue to happen now and not earlier. I have tested the most recent version of WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration and it’s working as expected.
Please let us know what you find.
Thanks again,
