Tag Field Not Active

I’m using your plugin with a custom post type where I’ve defined a single tag. But the tag field in the widget is inactive. The “Limit to Tag” metabox is visible there, but does not display the tag. In contrast, a single category for the same CPT is visible and active in the “Limit to Category” metabox.
So how do I enable the tag metabox?
