tag gallery – no slideshow

Hi,

I’d like to be able to show a slideshow based on an nggtags selection. The basic “[nggtags gallery=xyz]” works fine for a thumb gallery based on the specified tag, but it doesn’t give me a slideshow link, no matter which template I use.

If I call a simple gallery by id the slideshow link shows up as expected. I can also call any of my gallery templates, prefab or custom and still get a slideshow link.

I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin & reverting to the original gallery templates to no avail. In my frustration I switched over to Nextgen 2.x, and it worked right off the bat. That is a quasi solution, however I would like to figure out why it won’t work in Nextcellent. Any ideas?
