Tag groups in backed – create article

Hello there,
I would like to know if it is possible to get Tag Groups appear in the article edit page in the backend. We have plenty of tags and I would like to arrange them by topics to help our authors to select them in a consistent way.
I was thinking of using a shortcode but I do not understand how to include it in the backend article editor (we are using classic editor).
