Yes, you can. I tested your shortcode and it works without problems. As expected, it displays all posts that have both categories (id 11 and 12) and a tag with id 13.

Thank you zymeth, i will check what the problem is. Still not working but when I type tags names it works just fine.
I just wanted to check if tags ID’s are supported because it is not mentioned in the documentation.

Ah, yes, sorry, I rushed a bit with this reply. You are right, it only works with tag names.
