tag in loop?

I’m sure this is a user error but I’ve gone through all the php files and cannot find where this extra <p> tag is being generated. Its stacking the profiles vertically and I’m working on using a thumbnail of the staff image / staff name and tiling them horizontally. Here is a snip of the output using view source:
