    Hi,

    We have created a new webpage for a custumer.
    On the old version the tag seemed to work.

    We have just installed the plugin-again and uses the same ID and Label for tracking conversion.

    Now the tags is inactive.

    Do you know if this is supposed to work or do i need to create a new conversions with new ID and Lable to get it to work?

    As long as your WooCommerce shop still uses the woocommerce_thankyou hook (which is standard) all should work fine.

    If your payment gateway takes the visitor to an external site it won’t work.

    Also I’ve seen payment gateways that somehow mess up the woocommerce_thankyou hook. Then it also won’t work. But those cases are rare.

    Without more information about your shop I won’t be able to help.

    Could you send me the URL of the thankyou page after a purchase to [email protected]
