Tag problem using Copyblogger theme

Hi,

We’ve been using this theme successfully for a few weeks and now we can’t seem to add any new tags – it’s almost as if there’s a limit to how many tags we can have – is there? We have 46, which seems like a strange number to be such a limit.

We’re using the tags widget.

See this post and note that the tag ‘BPM’ or ‘document management’ doesn’t show up (there are others too but don’t want to bore you).

Similarly in this post the tag ‘Taxonomies’ doesn’t show up in our tag cloud.

I’m stumped, so any help would be gratefully appreciated.
