Tagged posts not showing up

I have many posts tagged with the same tag “travelsnewyork” but only some are showing up. I am using [catlist name=”travels” tags=”travelsnewyork”] but only about one-third of the posts show up in my list. I’ve checked that they are all categorized and tagged properly.
