• I downloaded Ultimate Tag Warrior from their homepage. Read about on WordPress that it is a great plugin. I uploaded and installed it then added tags to my posts. When I try to click on the tags in my sidebar thingy I get:

    Not Found
The requested URL /blog/tag/games was not found on this server.

My blog is located at http://www.mysite.com/blog/ (not literally, just how the url looks)
I did review the support threads for ‘tags’ but none seem related to my problem. Thank you very much for reading. Please offer any suggestions.

  • Out of curiosity, does your blog use default permalinks or “pretty” permalinks?

Check the settings at Options -> Tags, the very top section there.

Hm at the very top I see:

    URL settings
These settings control how tags look. You can change the base url to just about anything you want, but it should begin and end with a slash. By default, tag pages are /tag/sometag. If you want tag pages to be /tag/sometag/ tick the trailing slashes box.

Use url rewriting for local tag urls (/tag/tag instead of index.php?tag=tag) [checkmarked]

    Base url /tag/

Was that what you meant? Thank you very much for replying so quickly.

Visit Options -> Permalinks to check.

If you’re using “Default” style, I’d suggest going back to Options -> Tags and unchecking that top box.

Very sorry, it’s set to Default. I did as you mentioned and it worked! Thank you very much.
