Tags in Comments

On Instagram if someone comments (other than the author of the post) with a hashtag the Tagregator doesn’t pick it up in the feed. If the original person who posted the picture edits the post with the hashtag or puts it in the comments Tagregator picks it up and it appears in the hashtag feed. Is there a way to have the Tagregator pick up the hashtag for the feed regardless of who puts the hashtag on the post?
