Tailoring WordPress Cookies?

I would like to change the name of the WordPress test cookie to something branded to my site. I have looked all over the forums and the documents for anything pertaining to this and have found nothing. Seems like a trivial thing but it is a preference I would like to implement.

Also, I received a message the other day from an affiliate about cookie dumping and was wondering if there is a way to track or control site wide cookies that are stuffed via plugins.

Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated.
