Targeted Locations Plugin

I’m redoing a website for a local company that sells advertising spaces on billboards.

The way the website is set up now is simple except for one thing..

There is a google map on the website with billboard locations that are available and unavailable. If you click on one there’s a little popup with a simple picture, address, price, sold or available, and an order request form that sends an email to the owners.

It is controlled by a simple database on the back end where they can enter prices, add locations, mark sold or available, etc.

Is there a wordpress plugin that could possibly mimic this?
