    Dear support team,

    after activating auto emails to be sent automatically I’ve got some for testing purpose as the status was connection successful.

    But after testing again those are missing. I’ve checked the Mailpoet > Help > System Status and found out the stated problem “Connection unsuccessful. Please consult our knowledge base article for troubleshooting tips.”

    ERROR:
    Connection unsuccessful. Please consult our knowledge base article for troubleshooting tips. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    I`ve used the ping url and after checking its statet connection sucessfull, but after refresh I am getting the same issue.

    While checking your “knowledge base article for troubleshooting tips” I cannot find any solution for this and try now to get help directly from you.
