Task started, but no response for 10 seconds

I would like to make a complete backup of the site with BackWPup before making the updates. But when I run the task (I start this task in manual mode), I get the following error message: The “Full Backup” task has started, but there has been no response for 10 seconds. Please check the informations (see below). This “Full Backup” task was working correctly before, and I have not installed a new plugin.
I have another task that is scheduled (with the WP cron) and that only backs up the database, this one was working yesterday. This “Full Backup” task was working correctly before.
